It is hard to learn about tropical plants in Chiang Mai, i.e. inspite of lovely gardens the information is scarce. Therefore, we have set up Dokmai Garden in Hang Dong, with a collection of over 750 species, of which 500 are labelled with scientific names and interesting facts on aluminium signs. Very welcome! Eric Danell and Ketsanee Seehamongkol. www.dokmaigarden.co.th

Water. especially stagnent, polluted waste water, can be dangerous and deadly.
Here in Thailand we lost a lavable pop singer from the group B2B after his brain become infected following a car crash into a roadside ditch.
A few years ago a number of athletes attending the Jewish Games in Israel died from infections resluting from their fall into a polluted canal when a shoddily built footbridge collapsed.

What progress, if any is being made on this issue in Chiang Mai? Who is working on fixing the problem here?

We need to say more about ourselves but how much & how ? The Tags box on the far right is giving the reader a quick idea of what we are about and Recent Posts.
I would be grateful if ICCM folk would give this some thought and respond
