We a small tree care – watering & mulching activity from 3:30-5:30 pm. Please bring a bucket. For the really keen from 7:30 am at SanKamphaeng there is a rubbish clean up day with 500 volunteers. The tallest tree found, a Toona cilliata, which when planted was less than 50 cm high, topped 2.5 m towering over Myo, the tallest worker in our group. <em>Ricky</em> With Aung San Suu Kyi released, and to celebrate the event, a group of four which had joined in planting at the Railway Park to promote democracy and mark Suu’s 65th birthday, went this day 17th November to weed around trees planted earlier.
